What is the currency used?
All orders will be processed in United States Dollar (USD).


Why do I see the pricing in a different currency?
Our online store will captured your location and display the price converted to the country’s currency. This is usually for customers who are not using USD, for convenience sake and only serve as a reference. You’ll be able to see a more accurate pricing in your currency during checkout.


I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days, not including weekends. After that, delivery time within the United States/Singapore is 3-6 days, and 5-8 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays these times may vary.

Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided in an email to you when the product ships. Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.  


What method is used for shipping?
We ship worldwide via DHL Express, and via direct relationships with some international carriers for certain countries such as Singapore.


Any free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping for orders > USD $100 for selected countries such as US, UK, Korea, Japan, Singapore and many more. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do not allow amendments to be made once your order has been placed as all our products are made by demand. This will also allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. For more information, please contact us.


What do I do if I receive a defective/incorrect item?

We apologize if we had sent you a defective/ incorrect item. Do drop us an email with a snapshot of the defective area/s and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. (You may refer to Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information.)


Return Policy
You can return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your original order, excluding sale items. Remember that the merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all the ATLASTA tags attached.

You can return your parcel using any postal service. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us - remember to ask for a sending receipt, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have a proof you have sent it.

Please note - You will need to cover the shipping costs yourself. Duties, taxes and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive your return we will make the refund via the original payment method within 3 working days.


Customs and Import Charges
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Custom policies and import duties vary from country to country, hence ATLASTA has no control over them and cannot provide information on their cost. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
